TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Nabbed.io ("Nabbed," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website, Chrome extension, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Nabbed is a career CRM designed for revenue professionals. The Service helps users manage their job search pipeline, track contacts, generate AI-powered career documents, and manage their career trajectory.

Available plans:

• Free — Basic job tracking (up to 3 jobs)
• Core — $19/month — Full career CRM for active job seekers
• Executive — $99/month — Strategic intelligence for VPs and CROs
• Career Mode — $9/month — Career management for employed professionals

Features and pricing are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes take effect.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Core and Executive plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice to the email address on your account.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Nabbed to scrape, harvest, or collect data from third-party websites in violation of those websites' terms of service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use automated means to access the Service except through the provided Chrome extension

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. CHROME EXTENSION

The Nabbed Chrome extension operates locally in your browser. It is designed to:

• Read job board page content only when explicitly triggered by you (e.g., clicking "Save to Nabbed")
• Auto-fill application forms on supported ATS platforms at your request
• Display tracking badges on job posting pages you have already saved
• Capture LinkedIn contact information when you explicitly click the capture button

The extension does not collect data from pages you have not navigated to, does not run in the background on arbitrary pages, and does not monitor your browsing activity.

7. AI FEATURES

Nabbed includes AI-powered features such as cover letter generation, resume matching, interview preparation, and job fit scoring. These features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API.

• AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by you before use.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Nabbed is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
• User content may be sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's handling of this data is governed by their privacy policy and terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Nabbed, is the property of Nabbed and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create, upload, or store in the Service, including job entries, contacts, notes, resumes, and cover letters.

Limited License

By using the Service, you grant Nabbed a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.

9. TERMINATION

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy — within 30 days of account deletion.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nabbed does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will result in any particular job search outcomes
• Defects in the Service will be corrected

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NABBED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NABBED'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO NABBED IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
